Thank you so much Onwards! Your reply was very informative and thanks for the links. I know i have had worms in the past and remember having them as a child so i guarantee i have some parasite issues too from having a compromised immune system for many years now. Looks like i will be doing some parasite cleansing once i get a few more months into the protocol.
