I can't help you with tracking down the instructions......

But $460 is a lot of money.
Maybe it was left out because of an oversight.

At the very least you should send the Doc a mail and let him know that you are not Forrest Gump and for that kind of money you expect more then just a box of chocolates stuck in your mailbox........................
