Cool! Tolerance to antihistamines builds up quickly, but they have helped me sleep at times too. You may have to get a rotation, 1-2 weeks on, 1-2 weeks too.

Could be its helping you do to its SSRI effects, or as a histamine block. Histamine Intolerance is another possibility.
