Hmmm sounds like a quick fix in a desperate moment but I'm not too sure that taking benedryl on an ongoing basis like that would be very healthy IBM the long run. It's still a pharmaceutical and an unnatural substance. List of people end up with AF because of long term use of NSAIDs, pain killers, and other medications. Sounds counterproductive to me. I drink a well steeped catnip tea at night and it knocks me out pretty quickly.
