Thank you very much! I actually am, with a complete understanding that there will be some challenges as my fast progresses. Thank heavens I have the right mindset because I think that is the primary support for me. It does help that I am and have been quite a recluse for a while and I need to do this to help me face the rigors of rejoining society again soon without falling back into harmful self habits.
