Steam baths may be fine too, but yes, I was only looking for the detox potential of the niacin, not so much its other benefits.


As to the Finish Sauna and the negative ions, interesting. Makes one wonder about how much benefit is lost with the regular saunas.

And, I have been warned! Thanks! With all that Hg in me won't go near a FIR. Also, can't seem to get through to Onibasu Cutler replies, but maybe its the time of day? A lot of the info though was contained in the messages.


Since the niacin performs "lipolysis" would not that release the Hg in the fat cells (is there much Hg in fat cells?) and serve as a Hg detox even without the ALA? Once a cell is broken, well...

So, Would the niacin serve to accelerate Hg detox?


I don't mind turning beet red for a good cause :)
