7 Days! Water only...and still working on the spirituality aspect and figuring out how to pray but it is going well so far. Still occasional headaches but minor, none of the dizziness when I get up too fast yet, my right ear issue is almost 100 percent resolved, the drainage is very minimal and the right side of my mouth with my tooth implant is also better as well. My body scent is kind of better but I haven't tested working out yet. Maybe for the next day or so I'll use the gym and do some mild bike riding and stretching. One of the major changes is the joint repair and the lessened inflammation. I am rising and walking and bending MUCH better! I have even been able to pray in my own way, but I still have tons of distractions. Starting to be able to clean things also around the house since my Depression appears to be lifting and my optimism and hope appear to be growing and expanding. Meanwhile, I am down to 197.5 so them means about 10 lbs of toxins and toxic water retention have found their way out of my system so far!
