It just so comes at a time when I'vé been looking into the use of niacin and sauna to detox the bod (of course after being loaded with iodine!)

Thanks Newport too for the info on scientology (interesting they always seem to want to knock Multiple Chemical Sensitivity MCS as "psychophysical"...)

In any case...

Might any of yáll know anything about Dr. George Yu's detox protocol using niacin?

There is a video on it with Mercola commenting on it as well, Scientology method refined? but can't find any sort of detailed protocol info??
