I've heard Betaine HCL can be great for Acne if low stomach acid is an issue but just be careful you don't make the mistake I did. If you have any symptoms of an ulcer or stomach erosion don't take Betaine HCL !!!.
It raises the stomach acid and can irritate the ulcer or erosion and trust me , it hurts !.
