Thanks Lalobear.
For 2 years prior to NB I was on a very high carb low fat diet. I was eating all veggies raw and about 4 or 5 pieces of fruit per day. This just sent my blood Sugar crazy. I was eating 80% raw fruit and veg and the remaining 20% animal protein. I didn't have the digestive fire to digest all of these raw vegetables. I so wanted to be a raw foodist. My health just went down hill on this diet after the first year.
Things started to improve after a few months of sticking to the cooked paleo diet and digestive enzymes with each meal. For me this is the best diet. This diet stopped the blood Sugar spikes. My first NB report revealed that I had a carbohydrate sensitivity and should avoid all starchy carbs and sugars. So this is what I have done with a few cheats here and there but not too many.
The cal/mag supps(paramin) helped to balance these minerals. My consultant at ARL kept stressing the importance of the diet so that is what I did.
