the technique goes:

get the temp up to normal with glandulars and at least 100mg of Iodine a day

only adjust the glandulars to achieve the desired temp.

maintaIN NORMAL TEMP THIS WAY FOR 3-6 months. come off the glandulars if you can maintain temp without them(a couple of days check will usually do it).

the change may be permanent or may fade. if the temp goes down again, repeat. some people have taken three or four or more times to make the change stick.

this type of program was first pioneered using straight T3 treatments.

the Iodine is for life.
