taking enough seems to be the number one problem. i started getting that flu/pneumonia feeling. i went up to one gram of SSKI 2% in the morning. this second day of doing that and it seems to have settled right down. cough is still productive. in the past, if i was someone else who didnt take iodine, i was heading for hospitalization. im a 40 year smoker!!!

KI is the best lung medicine i have ever taken.
