Hi Paulette,

I think NDs use SJW as a first line of defence. If we're in a bad place, for whatever reason, a mix of SJW and other more focused substances can help.

For me, I was put on it as I was way down in bad stages of AF. It helped a lot in combo with other stuff.

Really it's a matter of a good ND putting you on that, while *really* figuring out what the core issue is. It seems like you're still working on the core one; it may take time. We know you're strong; stay strong!
