Hello,

I am new to this forum and the world of parasites and Candida. Not too long ago I was a successful business person with an active family life and social life. I was busy and now I am fighting to survive everyday.

MY STORY

I had been losing weight and dealing with increasing food allergies and decreasing energy. I was probably able to live life at 65% of the energy of my normal self. I did a homeopathic detox and it through me over the edge and nearly killed me. The Homeopath said that the drops were mild enough for a baby, but for some reason I was extremely sensitive to this energy-medicine.

I thought this detox triggered the onset of multiple sclerosis because I was losing feeling in my hands and legs, had difficulty holding up my head and swallowing, and was getting blurry vision. I also rapidly lost weight and became gluten intollerant almost overnight.

I have now been struggling for 6 months with what I thought was Multiple Sclerosis, until my MRI came back negative two months ago. Now, after several tests, it has been identified that I have blastocystis homonus, low DHEA and normal but low cortisol. My parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous symptoms are also out of wack. My bloodwork otherwise is relatively normal.

I have worked extensively ($$$) with a TCM doctor and a naturopath whom I believe have kept me alive. The naturopath also believes I have Leaky Gut and Systemic Candida. My main issue is that I am allergic to almost everything, intolerant of starches and down to 86 pounds. I am struggling to keep on weight. And, when I try to take supplements that give me energy, like Isocort, I get horrible neurological and MS like reactions, such as losing feeling in my legs and arms. It is through daily acupuncture (for 6 months!) by an amazing TCM doctor that I am still mobile.

WHAT'S WORKING FOR ME:
I follow the GAPS diet for leaky gut, leaving out what I am allergic to. Getting lots of beef bone broth

I have also found that a set of amino acids called Alpha AAX (google it) basically got me from being bed ridden to being able to have a care giver just 4 days a week part time. These amino acids proved to me that my gut was definitely not digesting proteins from the meat I was eating.

I am up to 75 billion pro-biotics a day.

The Alpha AAX, along with daily injections of B12, and 16 grams of day of L-Glutamine, and 2 Alamax pills daily (alpha lipoic acid and biotin) have ultimately got me out of bed.

I am now trying to build my strength so I can start trying to kill off the blasto. I tried Citridal - just one drop a day in water, and it has caused neuro issues again for me.

I would like to know if anyone else is suffering from some type of parasite, or Blasto., that is causing them to atrophy and to be unable to tolerate starches, without further atrophy...and have you been able to find a resolution?
