Yes, I like what you said in reference to resting the body, that is the digestive. I wished I were not hypoglycmic or had such severe AF, as otherwise I would love to be able to do a few days water, fresh vegetable only fast and a cleanse too. I'm hoping some day I can be able to do this, when the time is right. If I had the strenght so, I'd love to grow my own Barley grass and juice it myself.
