I did a liverflush and that is what brought my already distressed adrenals over the top. What u have is a overstimulation and hyperstressreaction imo. When i did a flush my skin became very dry and my already bad health slowly started to deteriorate uncontrolably. Stay away from liverflushes, they overstimulates ur body and is not a solution.

look into frutarian and natural diets with raw food maybe adding some nuts and leafy greens. Stressed adrenals also need salt so listen to ur cravings and if u crave salt - obey
