maybe for ten years like,

being undiagnosted and it comes and go in flare-ups.
it never appeared in the stool just when i changed totally the labs and docs. this year i have a stool sample taken from an after enema stool. the lab guy told me sometimes is the only way to find it - cause you'are close to the small intestines "material' this way. they gave me metronidazole but i cant take it and it helps you develop candida. i got adrenal fatigue and the worst was i developed leaky gut and candida from long lasting both giardia and H.pilory. Antibiotics of any kind dont help so much.

that's why i was asking is you are sure is just giardia.
the idea with "only HIV or diabetes people develop chronic..." i think its a story. what i think is to remember from here is "immunosupressed" by other factors.
could be a virus or something else. or just bad luck with a lucky strain of giardia.

"i'm pretty sure" its not so sure in my opinion. i was working as a manager in offices mainly but meeting many people "helped" me getting some critters. i was washing 15-20 times a day all the time but i've got giardia and piworms and viruses. I've got a bronchitis from the air conditioning system - nobody gave that directly, and the water supplier was almost sued by another company cause they found bacteria in the recipients they bring in the company.so...i would be much more aware of...

i would try ayurvedic. crashed garlic with wheat germs and ayurvedic sometimes makes wonder. keep poste dif you try some...oh, i forgot also...it is said to avoid fatty food when trying to kill giardia as the bile helps it to transform into cysts and its harder to destroy.
