St. Johns wasn't so great for me.. made me kind of crazy. I felt high like extremely up then extremely down. I like taking straight GABA a lot better, it is milder and more calming for me.

I'd still recommend you try St. Johns wort and see how you react with it. Obviously, it works great for some people.
