Yeah I just don't tell people.. like anyone. No easy way around it.

There are other types of love and connections we can make in this state. My dog and cat were wonderful for much of my AF, just as an outlet and a source of affection that wasn't judgmental. I try to go kayaking in the summer, or at least to just go and relax outside someplace I enjoy - listen to birds, trees etc. I have found I can love that place as well.. (warning hippie environmentalist shining through haha)
