This is a big part of why you are never feeling mentally well, you are severely under-carbed and caloried.

A lack of fuel for you brain (sugar) will cause or exasperate all kinds of emotional and mental conditions; depression, anxiety, lack of concentration, paranoia, etc.

You need at least 5 grams of carbs per pound of your healthy body weight per day and at least 3,000 calories per day for you height with only 10% of these calories coming from fat.

There are only three staples of food to get that many carbs per day: grains, tubars (potatoes), or fruit.

I've been dramatically increasing my fruit intake in the last couple of weeks and I feel a lot more sustained energy and mental clarity.
