I regret ever taking any breaks! My problem worsened. It was awful. Just my opinion. If you need a break from whatever you are doing, make sure you are doing 'something' else, whether it is another brand, or supplementing, say with pumpkinseed oil/castor oil regimen. Be very careful of stopping your momentum. This is just my humble opinion.
