Yup! It is working for me as well. I start every morning with a quart of freshly juiced vegs - carrot, celery, kale, beet, lemon, cucumber, and ginger is usually my standard, but I often add radish, parsley, cilantro, garlic. I find it really gives me energy.

For those who cannot tolerate raw juices, I'd suggest taking Aloe Vera juice (if tolerated) - about 2 tablespoons upon awakening, followed by some L-glutamine (2 scoops of the Jarrow brand) in warm water, every day to help heal the gut. Then just start out real slow (just 1/4 c. and gradually increase) on the juices after gut heals some. It is tricky because you kind of have to feel your way along (more of this, less of that, I have gotten real good at knowing what my body needs when, when to pull back, when to increase, when to add something new and when to stop doing something, but unfortunately, no one can figure that out for someone else. I'd also suggest Latero Flora probiotic. Finally, I'd suggest getting off most supps. Most things I did to "kill candida" just made me more and more toxic - kept thinking it was "die off" but no, it was just my liver telling me to quit taking all this stuff. I take very few, compared to all the junk I used to take trying to get well. These days I just take B complex, D3, C, Magnesium, Latero Flora, and Lypo Gold, and a little ACV here and there. I let the juicing give me everything else I need. I eat rather normally the rest of the day.
