HaHa....I like your tip-of-the-day. That's why I live alone. It seems like I'm always irritable.
I ended my Dry Fast after 36-hours. I was beginning to have Anxiety Attacks. I think I have the Willpower to drive through them next time.
I also like your Skin Brushing routine. Gotta start doing that. Circulating the Blood just has to be beneficial.
I plan to do some mild Colon Cleansing before fasting the last 5-days with you......WY
