You are lucky every time you receive an imported package that contains anything a human can "consume", the only reason they "pass", is because the people have too many to inspect and the language barrier; but mostly because employees have an easier day when they just let it all "slide"....and you always risk the 1 employee that wants to make a name for them selves and inspect and throw out every box they possibly can and when you run into those types, "returns" are common. Then in countries like India, there are so many addresses with names so much alike, the post office says they have up to 6 months to deliver before they say the box is officially lost. The thing with post office (fedx) aka the government, you are 100% risk at all times, because you can pay insurance, but they will not pay off on a lost package that has supplements in it...been there done that years ago.....

A local man tried reselling our products for 2 years, using his local post office, he lost so many packages that he lost $$$ by the end of each year, because the post office will not pay off when you try to claim a supplement and hat is why we pay for the more expensive UPS shipping method, because they will.

You would think someone would see how a hand full of people want such products and say HEY, I will buy these products wholesale and reship to them out of country to make myself a little extra income.....but for some reason such a person never even "ask", because when you walk into a post office that you do not personally know the person working there and they use your herbs and are pro such things....you can get a hassle like you can't believe wanting to "identify" what is in your box and they have these HUGE HEAVY books that they have to search your country for and look to see if there are supplement restrictions and these government employees "want" to hand search for such info????? NOT! They see the shipper as a pain in the butt to them that made them get up off their butt and do a little manual work.......then think you are going to walk in with 10 different packages from 10 different countries???????Yea...you would be seen as enemy number 1 that they would not soon forget you and want to avoid you the next time you walked in..

90% of the time, out of country people have someone inside the usa that will reship direct to them, many Canada people have their items shipped to a UPS storage center at the border and pick their box up there. Jody has been shipping to the couple of people that can't as a way to help them out and now with a family, new baby on the way and taking a "risk" for a couple of packages per month, is truly not such a risk; because you can ask your country, none of them wants people shipping supplements, same as they don't like any independent owned business.

I gave people the option a month ago to have their name and address "kept" to paper, if they had "interest" in future contact and 6 people took their time to do so; proving people are not using this forum or really cares about such things; so I will make an option for the 3-4 out of country people that are using this forum enough to make a statement, send your name and address and after the first of the year when you want to make an order, if you supplied your name and address, I will see if Jody or someone will take your order down to the post office. They use to call this "grandfathering" out...but if your country says no to herbs, I won't let them brown paper bag them, it is not worth such a risk. I assure you, there is not 1 country out there that wants anything but a commercial made product being imported, they all want pre-approval fees and insurances that none of the good herbs are being transported.

When you have a friend or relative ship you your box, it is just a friend to a friend that no one cares about, because it is so "small" of a thing...no pattern to show up. But if you supply your name I will put it on a list and when you order I will try to make it happen.
