I am taking 100mg of easy Iron a day with vitamin C and eating liver several times a week. Although I have started slacking on the liver and started taking dessicated liver tablets instead. He also puts a great degree of emphasis on inflammation and adrenaline and the cycle between the two. A lot of my symptoms can be explained by inflammation caused by my body running off of adrenaline instead of natural energy. Increased inflammation causes increased adrenaline to calm inflammation. With increased adrenaline you get increased inflammation and it is a vicious cycle. Glad that you found his website and were able to take something away from it. He is a wealth of knowledge and very compassionate with his patients, but very hard to get a hold of as he is very busy. But when I do talk to him it is usually for a full hour and I can never stump him, even with the most off the wall symptoms, so that re-assures me. Anyways, take care.
