This is logical so far cayenne is Yang energy which
makes BP raise.
If you have Yin disease like ishemia, cardiomyopathy, or having had heart attack, it however generally helps, as
all these diseases are Yin.
You can help this, placing a piece of remedy on a heart zone
on palm, Su-jok diagram, which will restrict action on heart only and not significantly affect the BP.
