When my adrenal fatigue was really bad I did take hydrocortisone, in a few days it made a huge difference.

I had a problem with my liver where I wasn't making enough bile so I could not tolerate it after a while. When I had to stop I was devasted. I could have got my life back then and there.

A few years later my adrenals are much better, but so much time lost on my career and personal life.
