My hair has been falling out by the root in massive amounts over the past six months, and this was the time I started heavy detoxing, and also when my AF was at its worst.

I think it's a combination of the body letting go of toxins and hormone imbalance. I know that very low levels of progesterone will cause hair loss, and thyroid issues will too. Excessive stress will make your hair fall out.

When I wash it, it looks like I lost half of my head of hair in the tub :(
