could you share your daily protocol when you were taking CS? how many times per day, when, when you put back probiotics, what strenght...so you say that we should take probiotics not only after CS but also in the same time/day...hm, wouldnt CS distroy the new commers i'm wondering myself

Did you feel with the amount you were taking it was effective for candida? did you rotate with other antifungals? What strenght of CS did you used?
