Hello :)

Ok, I am new to here and I am about to order Lugol's Iodine but I do not know about what %% is the best. They give several options of concentration in % - 2.2, 3, 7 and 15. So will it be enough if I order 2.2% one and take it one drop daily?

And also what about taking it during preganancy and lactation? May be it is better just to go for 2.2% one just to be on a safe side in all possible cases?
