I will do a urine fast again, when I will have time.

I don`t drink alcohol, coffe, sodas. I drink only water and roibos tea, or some herbal tea. I don`t consume any sugary foods, sweets, deep-fried foods, cakes, white flour, etc.

I eat fruits, vegetables, wholemeal bread, tahini as a spread on the bread, nuts, wholemeal pasta, stir and fried vegetables, etc. So I think I`m not one of those worst eaters.

Thank you for your advice regarding the urine massage. I didn`t do this before, because I haven`t any clue how to do that. I only apply urine on my face twice daily.

Could you cure your problem with the urine fast?

I don`t have much problem only this gum issues. But as I mentioned I got this problem after those Liver Flushes what I regret to did.

Sometimes I put fresh urine in my mouth as a mouthwasher for 10 minutes, maybe that`s still not enough for me?
