FYI anthony87 posts are very polarizing over in the Candida Forum . That doesn't make the information wrong, but do a little research before adopting that diet plan, it is specifically well suited for fatty liver disease. The diet is high carb, no fat, low protein. Basically the opposite of what NB recommends. Each of us will have to decide what plan works best for ourselves.
