You have some classic symptoms of candida yeast overgrowth. It's likely the yeast is causing you to feel stressed as well.

I'm also very sensitive to dust, and I need to wear a mask when I'm cleaning my apartment. I recommend a mask if you need to work around dust again (assuming you weren't wearing one before, of course)

I found my yeast was linked to heavy metal toxicity. Heavy metals, like mercury and lead, come from a variety of different sources and can cause a variety of different symptoms. It's possible that you may also have that problem and that, in turn, my be causing or adding to a yeast problem.

I recommend research into candida and heavy metals to see what you think.
