I´m not helping because youre not taking the advice.....you asked for help..you sound like you really need it. I see just as much misinformation in your posts as hopelesness. I have highlighted testimonial after testimonial of people on a super low fat, lean cure...and you are piling on saturated fat, looking on this forum for a cure for a problem that is in your diet.
