I found this study that says all trans retinoic acid stimulates sodium symporter in prostate cancer allowing for iodine uptake.

If I'm reading this correctly.

I believe that the trans retinoic acid is a synthesized variety and the study was using radioiodine.

I wonder if eating foods, such as Fermented Cod Liver Oil would increase iodine uptake for some cancer cases?
