I agree with you. There is no way I could go to bed before 9pm, when I was healthy I was a night owl and I felt great. I am far less anxious and stressed when it's dark outside. Being up during the day just makes me feel like there are things I should be doing, and it makes me depressed/anxious because I don't feel like doing them.
