I took it internally, 3 drops 3x/day, increasing each day until I got to 25 and then going down a drop each day. I also used it in my colonic water. It's only been the last few months, 1.5 year into my detox, that I no longer pass worms haha. Crazy critters. I think my diet has alot to do with it. My colon is empty for much of the day, so they have no home:)
