Hi I just started a few days ago and will be checking in every day for accountability and just as an on-line journaling sort of thing.

There are not a lot of people posting here but reading old posts and messages when I have time is inspiring and helping me keep on track.

I've never fasted before for longer than about 12-18 hours (and that wasn't intentional!) so I'm anxious to see what it is like to go without food for a long period of time.
