 Day 1 Check In

Hi there,

So, I just completed 1 of a 10 day water only fast.  I did experience some moments of hunger but I ignored it.

I encouraged my self with prayer, reading, meditating and focusing on God and thinking about what I desire from God.  

I will continue this process.
