I am raw vegan (raw food diet) and that was a huge step in my recovery from CF. You have just detoxed too quickly, and now have even more to detox.
Green veggie juicing will increase your minerals, which will neutralize toxins.
When i was detoxing too fast (rashes, zits, massive mucus) I would eat a potato. It stopped my detox, but didn't constipate me. Hope this helps.
