Hi there,

I have read a few books by Franklin Hall and I am so excited about the benefits of prayer and fasting.

I so desire to grow spiritually and to have a healthy body.

The longest fast I have completed was about 5 days.

I will be doing a 10 day water only fast starting on Novemeber 26, which is tomorrow, thru December 6.

10 Day Water Only Fast
Start Date: Monday, November 26, 2012
End Date: Thursday, December 6, 2012

I will post daily to track my progress.

I plan to live a fasted life. This simply means that I will fast often. I have successfully completed 1 day fasts, 3 days fasts and a 5 day fast.
Other fasting goals I have are to complete a 21 day and a 40 day water only fast. I would like to do a 40 day fast once a year.
For now, I will focus on completing my 10 day fast which starts tomorrow.
