Here are the supplements my Dr recommended for this condition 3 months ago:
1 daily– B6 Complex in AM

From the website you can see the listed ingredients. Heard on some forum that B6 & Zinc need to be taken at different times of the day. I hope I am not perpetuating falsehood.

While each of us require different dosages, listen to your body and dose accordingly. I found I now sleep much more soundly and can usually recall dreams. Per the research done, I’m on the right track. Probably have to supplement for a lifetime.

While the Dr said I did not have to buy from him, I thought it best to go with his recommendations. If it did not work, he could not say it is those cheap substituted vitamins. I pay plenty for the visit, so why go cheap? And when you consider all the bottles you have to buy that are in this one capsule, it’s not too expensive.

I think dream recall and deep sleep happened within 4-6 wks. Dr also put me on a gluten free diet. WOW ! ! ! Never knew wheat caused the human family so much grief...
