I can relate to the gluten link between Depression and anxiety. I experienced the exact same thing. In fact I was able to stop all medications for severe anxiety/bipolar disorder when I quit eating all the foods I am intolerant to. I have now been gluten/dairy/grain free free for 4 years.

Unfortunately that was not enough to cure the AF in my case. It wasn't until I treated the chronic infections that I had for many, many years without knowing I had these.

You are right about finding the root cause of AF. Otherwise it seems we just go around and around with little real improvement.
