I would follow the Plan, supplement with HCL, and add in the Blood Sugar Protocol. You can take the enzymes before the meal and the HCL with the meal. You may not have the same problem once you start the Plan and taking the HCL, so I would do that first. Taking enzymes between meals can help to reduce inflammation, but may not have any additional effects as far as digestion is concerned.
