Today is my liver flush day 1. Have done the precleanse for the last 10 days with the LBB and PWE part A and B. My mothet though have to stay longer on the precleanse before her liver flush.

Breakfast
Drank 2 pints of distilled water
After 30 mins ate half a watetmelon
After 30 mins ... Smoothie made frm 2 apples, 2 bananas, 2 strawberries

Its 12: 30 nn now... But still Quite full
