Nice! I'm trying to eat by natural stuff a lot of potassium, eat a lot of bananas helps a lot lol

Tryng to eat more salt too

Seems stupid but I'm eating some Wafer filled with some nutrient, I think it's helping me lol

I'm afraid about if it's contagious, this is the worse part of the story

I use Bepanthol everyday, now I'm trying to use less

Everybody have to just to think about yourself, for me for example, I use to eat the whole day lots of sweet, I stopped all this s*it.. I eat just 3 times a day, maximum of 4. I normally sweat a lot, so I'm trying to eat nitrients loose at sweat. I take pill of vitamins, I stopped this too, by this way of thinking, everybody can find a reason and a treatment

For me I don't believe in cure by any ointment, helps to moisturize, but cure but that, is rare
