Hi everyone,

I unfortunately have this issue where food seems to just sit in my stomach. It is typically accompanied by constipation which when present makes the gastroparesis worse, almost like everything is backed up. I won't go into my diet but suffice to say I've tried them all. I also have hypoglycemia, very much controlled by how much food is in my system.

I've tried...

- Now super enzymes
- Thorne betaine HCL - up to 6 caps with a meal
- Digest gold digestive enzymes
- Nutricology ox bile

i.e. what I hoped would be the ideal digestive combination.

I'm now looking at pancreatin and wondered if anyone had any positive experiences with it during or between meals?

I feel my issues are both 'upstream' and 'downstream', i.e. food is not moving through my colon fast enough to allow for more food to be eaten, nor is it digested properly in the first instance. And yes, my gut is a pathogenic mess.
