I never did the other two but did liposomal and it worked very well. Oral (non-lipo) is a waste of money however straight cysteine works which I take frequently. There is one caveat on the lipo form in that it is quite powerful so if you are toxic then you will need to go slow (1 teaspoon was too much so backed down to 1/8 tsp under the tongue and moved up slowly from there).

It will detox the liver quite well and detox heavy metals, it would be advised to stay on a high fiber diet to help sweep the toxins out of the intestinal tract.
