and thanks so much for the cocoa tip!! Finished day two and I noticed the pain only eases when I have the cocoa and then the pain is gone for three/four hours.

It also makes me have to go to the bathroom more or FEEL like I have to go anyways.

It also makes me feel instantly happier and I have more energy!! So super cool!!

thanks for the tips on the cleanses. the egg yolk one worked well?

And what amazing progress you've made. How inspiring :)
