I have been taking glutamine and collagen type 1 and 3 for like 4 months now. That's the point I was trying to make...that my body is no longer accepting the collagen or vitamin c supplements I was taking while on Lam's program. And now I cannot tolerate any collagen or vitamin c supplements at all.....I get worse from them.

This is all due to the supplements! I have been off of them for over a week and just wanted some closure on when this will stop.
